Address of H.E. Sheikh Abdul-Aziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, to the First Forum for Fiqh Scholars of the Islamic Ummah, held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. The forum was organized by the Islamic Fiqh Council of the Muslim World League under the auspices of H.E. Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
