The MWL Issues Global Call for Swift International Action to Support the Palestinian People through Endorsement of the Two-State Solution Conference’s Conclusive Document

The Muslim World League (MWL) has called upon all nations committed to justice and peace to act swiftly in supporting the Palestinian people and upholding the principles of justice and international legitimacy by endorsing the conclusive document of the High-Level International Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, which was sponsored and chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with the French Republic. This call is made in light of the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territories and the ongoing violations committed by an extremist government—violations that, according to successive UN reports, constitute a grave and escalating threat to regional and international stability.
In a statement issued by the MWL’s General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, emphasized the urgent need to proceed without delay along the path outlined by the Two-State Solution Conference. He affirmed that the MWL will coordinate with all its partners from religious, intellectual, and community institutions—particularly global religious leaders—to help mobilize international support for the conference’s conclusive document.
His Eminence stressed that the conclusive document represents a historic opportunity to end this devastating war, implement the two-state solution, and establish a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in the region.
